All photographs are subject to copyright law. Photographs may not be modified in any way or used for commercial use or resold to a third party without the written permission of the photographer.
I reserve the right to publish photographs in my portfolio. If a client does not wish to have their photographs published, they must be informed in writing by email. Failure to do so constitutes valid consent. The personal data provided (name, e-mail and telephone number) for the fulfilment of the contractual relationship will be kept for the following 10 years in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data.
I do not submit unedited photos or RAWs.
